2006:

Vicki Pozzebon becomes the Executive Director of the Santa Fe Alliance, a nonprofit organization formed to build a local living economy and support small businesses in Santa Fe, NM.

2007:

The Santa Fe Alliance grows to 600 local business members under Vicki’s leadership, making the organization one of the largest local economy networks in the country.

2008:

The Business Alliance for Local Living Economies (BALLE, now known as Common Future) appoints Vicki as a national network consultant where she served as a keynote speaker at national conferences for the organization, talking about local economy, living wage, farm to table initiatives, and other topics.

2009:

The Santa Fe Alliance Farm to Restaurant program receives one of the very first USDA Local Food Promotion Program grants in the nation. Rae Miller joins the Santa Fe Alliance as an intern in 2009 (and later in 2011, as well) primarily supporting the Farm to Restaurant initiative. Meanwhile, Vicki launches the “Local First” radio show on KTRC 1260 Talk Radio in Santa Fe where she discusses all things local with a variety of guests.

2010:

Vicki joins the first cohort of BALLE fellows networking with like-minded localists around the country. The Santa Fe Alliance was named a Regional Hub for BALLE in 2010, as well, in recognition of their Regional Food and Fuel Project linking rural and urban economies in Northern New Mexico for greater community wealth. Vicki becomes a regular contributor to the Green Fire Times this year with her column The Local Voice, as well.

2011:

After a lot of meditation, intention setting, and heart to heart talks with trusted friends and advisors, Vicki decides to leave the nonprofit sector (after 17 years!) and pursue opportunities to create positive change in even bigger ways.

2012:

With the help of an $800 gift from her mom, a business plan jotted down in a notebook during a vacation, and the encouragement of many colleagues and friends, Prospera Partners is officially formed as an LLC! Joe’s Dining, one of the biggest purchasers of local food in Santa Fe becomes one of Prospera’s first clients, with the Rio Grande Community Development Corporation following close behind hiring Vicki to create the Delicious New Mexico initiative with Kate Manchester of Edible New Mexico.

2013:

Prospera Partners hosts its first BIG (Bold Impact for Good) retreat for social entrepreneurs with Rubina Cohen of Firefly Strategies and support from Rae Miller.

2015:

Prospera Partners and Three Stones Consulting launch the innovative Emerging Social Sector Leaders program with the support of the Santa Fe Community Foundation to provide transformational leadership skills and support to nonprofit professionals.

2017:

Everette W. Hill, MA, Principal and Managing Director of the Social Innovation Strategies Group, LLC or SISGroup joins Prospera’s Emerging Social Sector Leaders facilitation team.

2018:

Kourtney Andar, a writer, activist, social justice educator, and manager at an arts nonprofit and Eileen Everett, a past participant of the Emerging Social Sector Leader program and executive director of an outdoor and environmental learning network, join the facilitation team as the Emerging Social Sector Leaders program grows to serve more nonprofit leaders.

2020:

Prospera Partners keeps on growing and adds a Director of Programs, Rae Miller, and Marketing and Communications Director, Staci Golar. Vicki takes a moment to reflect on 8 years of Prospera Partners’ work here.

2021:

The Emerging Social Sector Leaders program responds to the needs of the community and expands to create and launch Dismantling Systemic Racism in the Nonprofit Sector programming for nonprofit professionals.

2022

Prospera Partners celebrates 10 years of social impact, reflecting on and celebrating with clients all over the US who have created positive change in their communities. Shortly after the anniversary celebrations Eileen Everett joins the team as Prospera Partners’ Chief Transformation Officer.
