In these communities of practice we weave together the learning circle model with elements of professional development through the method of Transformational Leadership. Using the “I, We, It Framework,” we create an experiential learning process. The “I” is me doing this work, who am I, why do I do this work, what do I need to do this work? The “We” is us doing this work together in the sector or in the organization, or in the movement building. And “It” is the work itself of transforming a sector, building a movement, or changing/growing an organization.
