This 8-session workshop will help nonprofit leaders in New Mexico recognize and transform systems of inequity in their organizations.
The COVID-19 pandemic has revealed inequities in the nonprofit realm, including the systemic racism that exists within the sector. This program is offered as a response to the current racial inequities we are facing in New Mexico (and across the US) and how the nonprofit sector can do better to be anti-racist.
The Emerging Leaders facilitation team will lead this 8-session program to unravel the systemic racism of the nonprofit sector, helping and inspiring leaders to transform the sector for more equitable systems and distributed power.
There is NO application process, but we do ask for full participation and for participants to commit to all sessions.
