Strategy and Business Growth
Vicki has been a mentor consultant in the Native Entrepreneur in Residency Program at NMCC since 2017, helping seven Indigenous business owners to strategize and grow their business. Her clients at NMCC have included food businesses and creative entrepreneurs. In addition, Vicki was co-creator and facilitator of Native Entrepreneur in Residence Program Community of Practice to network, connect, and resource the graduates and participants of the program for long term business practice sharing. For three years the community of practice connected over 35 graduates of the program. Vicki continues to work as a consultant with NMCC projects, including The Native Agribusiness and Food Security Initiative, a three-year project funded by the USDA Local Food Promotion Program.
